*Shipping Methods*
All items under 2kg will be shipped via tracked delivery:
UK orders: Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
Everywhere else: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you when your order is calculated before checkout. The costs are calculated based on the most current rates published by Royal Mail and are subject to VAT for UK and EU orders.

If your order is over 2kg, we will contact you for additional details and payment to ship your order via a courier service. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We will deliver the goods to you within 7 working days, or we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

*Taxes & Customs Fees*
Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and will not mark orders as gifts on customs declaration forms.

*Undelivered/Refused Orders*
In the event your order is undelivered and returned for any reason, you will be refunded for your order minus any shipping costs.

Return Policy

Physical items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.
All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to us; please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used and non-saleable after purchase.
